By creating an account or using EarnifyHub Mailer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may use EarnifyHub Mailer to send
permission-based marketing emails to
contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you. Permitted uses include:
- Email newsletters to opted-in subscribers
- Transactional and promotional campaigns to your own lists
- Creator monetization and product announcements
- Business communications to customers and leads who have consented
You must NOT use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited email (spam) to any recipients
- Purchase, rent, or use email lists from third parties without verified opt-in consent
- Send emails containing malware, phishing content, or deceptive material
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable anti-spam law
- Send content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
- Impersonate another person, brand, or organisation
- Attempt to circumvent our reputation system, warmup schedules, or sending limits
- Use the platform for cryptocurrency scams, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent offers
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the platform beyond normal use
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
We operate a zero-tolerance spam policy. Your account will be
immediately suspended if:
- Your bounce rate exceeds 10% within a 30-day period
- Your spam complaint rate exceeds 0.3%
- Our systems detect spamming behaviour or purchased lists
- You receive 3 or more abuse complaints from recipients
We monitor all sending activity to protect our shared sending infrastructure and all users' deliverability.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them
- You must have explicit permission to email every contact on your lists
- You must provide and honour an unsubscribe mechanism — our platform adds this automatically
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed via NowPayments in cryptocurrency.
- Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.
- If a plan is not activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, contact support.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions are honoured until expiry.
- Suspended accounts due to spam violations are not entitled to refunds.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Temporary outages for maintenance or unexpected issues
- Email delivery failures caused by recipient mail servers or ISPs
- Data loss caused by user error
- Indirect or consequential damages from using the Service
Either party may terminate the account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms,
engage in spam, or represent a risk to our infrastructure — without prior notice in severe cases.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These terms are governed by applicable international laws.
Disputes should first be raised through our support system.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before any formal proceedings.
