By using EarnifyHub Mailer, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: Name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
Contact data you upload: Email addresses and names of your subscribers. You are responsible for having the right to email these contacts.
Campaign content: Email bodies, subjects, and templates you create in the platform.
Usage data: Campaign send logs, open events, click events, bounce records, and unsubscribe actions — used to calculate your sending statistics and protect deliverability.
Payment data: Crypto payment records processed via NowPayments. We do not store card numbers or wallet private keys.
Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information captured during open and click tracking (for analytics only).
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the email marketing platform
- To send your campaigns to your contact lists
- To calculate delivery, open, and click statistics
- To detect and suppress bounces and spam complaints
- To protect your sender reputation and our shared sending infrastructure
- To process payments and activate plan features

We do
not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
When you send a campaign on a Pro or Enterprise plan, we inject:
- A 1×1 invisible pixel to detect when the email is opened
- Redirect links that track when a link is clicked before forwarding to the destination
Your subscribers are implicitly informed of tracking through your unsubscribe footer.
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) when tracking your subscribers.
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Campaign logs and analytics are retained indefinitely to power your history
- Suppression list entries are kept permanently to prevent re-sending to bounced or complained addresses
- Support tickets are retained for 2 years
- Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Titan Email — SMTP delivery infrastructure
- NowPayments — Cryptocurrency payment processing
- Google Fonts — Web fonts (loaded client-side)
Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the data necessary for each service to function.
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Correction — update your name and email in Account Settings
- Deletion — request account deletion by contacting support
- Portability — export your contact lists and campaign data
- Objection — opt out of non-essential communications

We protect your data using industry-standard measures:
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plaintext passwords
- All connections use TLS/SSL encryption
- Database access is restricted to the application server only
- SMTP credentials are stored only in server-side environment variables
